Rockledge Park in Grapevine is one of my favorite places for a photo session. With its wide-open lake views, rugged cliffs, and some of the best sunsets in North Texas, it’s hard to find a backdrop that feels this natural and cinematic so close to the city. Every time I shoot here, the images turn out full of depth and warmth—the kind of photos that don’t just look pretty, but actually feel like a moment in time.

  • Vehicle Day Pass: Entry to the park requires a vehicle day pass, which is $10 per car (subject to change). Be sure to grab one on your way in.

  • Park Rules: The park asks visitors to stay on designated paths, no glass containers, and of course, respect the natural surroundings. It’s part of what keeps this location so beautiful for everyone.
